Upon signing this information statement, I authorize the disclosure and release of information requested by Red Stag National and its subsidiaries and affiliates for investigating my qualifications for membership, including without limitation, any credit history, and shall hold Red Stag National harmless from any and all such acts. I further authorize those persons or entities set forth in this statement to furnish all information requested by Red Stag National and agree to hold Red Stag National harmless from any and all such acts. All information contained within this information statement will be kept confidential by Red Stag National, except as otherwise required by law. I understand that membership in Red Stag National is by invitation only and in order to acquire a membership in Red Stag National, I must be invited for membership. Membership is contingent upon approval by Red Stag National, and approval shall be granted at its sole discretion.
